Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant HR Manager The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR experience and be adept at handling HR operations employee relations statutory compliance and payroll management This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day HR operations including onboarding employee record management and exit formalities Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to enhance the work environment Assist in managing the payroll process ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries Oversee compliance with statutory regulations including PF ESI and other labor laws Manage monthly PF and ESI contributions challan generation and filing of returns Address employee queries related to PF ESI and other statutory benefits Assist in developing and updating HR policies in line with industry best practices Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics such as employee turnover attendance and compliance status Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field An MBA in HR will be an added advantage Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR with hands-on experience in PF and ESI management Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance related to PF ESI and payroll processing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Payroll 1 year Preferred HR 3 years Preferred total work 3 years Preferred License Certification Professional in Human Resources Preferred Work Location In person
