Job Title HR Assistant Location Hisar Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager Plant Head Job Summary The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR operations at the steel factory The role involves maintaining employee records assisting in recruitment handling payroll inputs ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting employee welfare and engagement initiatives Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for factory and office roles Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment records Handle new employee documentation and conduct induction orientation programs Attendance Payroll Support Maintain attendance and leave records of workers and staff Verify overtime sheets shift schedules and provide payroll inputs to accounts Compliance Documentation Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliances PF ESIC Factory Act Labor Laws Maintain employee personnel files and HR records Assist in audits and inspections Employee Relations Welfare Support grievance handling and escalate issues to HR Manager Coordinate welfare activities safety awareness and training programs Maintain healthy relations between management and workers Training Development Track mandatory training programs safety compliance skill development Maintain training records and feedback reports General HR Administration Draft letters circulars and notices for employees Assist in disciplinary proceedings and performance review processes Prepare HR-related reports for management Key Requirements Qualification Graduate in HR Commerce Management MBA PGDM in HR preferred Experience 1-3 years in HR role manufacturing steel plant experience is a plus Skills Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Familiarity with HRMS software payroll processing Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances Good communication English Hindi local language Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters Salary Range Based on experience company standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
