Job Title Assistant HR Manager Location Salem Department Human Resources Reports To HR Manager HR Director Job Type Full-Time Salary 18000 to 25000 Job Summary The Assistant HR Manager supports the Human Resources department by helping to manage daily HR operations implementing HR policies and procedures and contributing to strategic HR initiatives This role assists in areas such as recruitment employee relations performance management training and compliance Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy Support the full recruitment cycle including job postings interviews onboarding and induction Help manage employee relations issues including investigations and conflict resolution Coordinate and support performance management and appraisal processes Oversee employee training and development programs Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Participate in policy development review and communication Assist with HR reporting and analytics for management Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Requirements Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s degree or HR certification is a plus 3-8 years of experience in HR or a related role with some supervisory or management experience preferred Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HR principles labor laws and best practices Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software e g HRIS systems Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
