Growing as a house of apps, Lokal is evolving into an AI-driven discovery and access platform—connecting users in tier 2+ India with the experts, tools, and knowledge they’ve historically lacked access to: - Lokal Matrimony – Location-based matchmaking apps focused on hyperlocal compatibility - Lokal Jobs – Hyperlocal job discovery platform connecting blue- and grey-collar workers with nearby opportunities - GyanTV – Skill-based learning in regional languages (stocks, photography, small business & more) - Dostt – Make new friends through voice chats, games, and real, authentic conversations - Eaze – A safe space to explore emotional well-being via community-driven support - AstroLokal – Instant access to trusted astrologers through audio and chat And more – 10+ new apps in testing & exploration across agricultural advisory, legal advisory, financial guidance, and AI-powered personal assistants About the Team: The Marketing Team at Lokal drives user growth, brand awareness, and monetization by crafting campaigns tailored for Bharat’s diverse audiences. We blend performance marketing, regional storytelling, and partner collaborations to amplify Lokal’s reach and impact — ensuring every campaign connects authentically with our users while fueling business growth. Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative yet analytical marketer who thrives on data, loves crafting stories, and wants to drive meaningful impact by shaping how users discover, engage with, and trust Lokal. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, App Install campaigns, UAC, etc.). - Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for the app. - Work with creative and content teams to design impactful ad campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CAC, CTR, ROI, LTV), and prepare actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates. - Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing with business goals. - Stay updated on latest trends in performance marketing and app growth strategies. Requirements - 1–5 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing. - Prior exposure to Ecommerce, Gaming, B2C start-ups. - Proven expertise in managing app-install and user engagement campaigns. - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, and attribution tools (Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.). - Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. - Strong communication skills in English and Telugu / Tamil and Malayalam / Hindi (Read, Write, Speak).
