We blend performance marketing, regional storytelling, and partner collaborations to amplify Lokal’s reach and impact — ensuring every campaign connects authentically with our users while fueling business growth. Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative yet analytical marketer who thrives on data, loves crafting stories, and wants to drive meaningful impact by shaping how users discover, engage with, and trust Lokal. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, App Install campaigns, UAC, etc.). - Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for the app. - Work with creative and content teams to design impactful ad campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CAC, CTR, ROI, LTV), and prepare actionable insights. - Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates. - Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing with business goals. - Stay updated on latest trends in performance marketing and app growth strategies. Requirements - 1–5 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing. - Prior exposure to Ecommerce, Gaming, B2C start-ups. - Proven expertise in managing app-install and user engagement campaigns. - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, and attribution tools (Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, etc.). - Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. - Strong communication skills in English and Telugu / Tamil and Malayalam / Hindi (Read, Write, Speak).
