An HR professional at an automotive dealership manages the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit while ensuring legal compliance and cultivating a positive work environment Key responsibilities include talent acquisition for various roles implementing HR policies and procedures managing performance and training overseeing employee relations handling compensation and benefits and maintaining employee records This role requires strong people negotiation and strategic skills along with knowledge of employment laws and dealership operations particularly regarding communication with host manufacturing companies about recalls and new models Key Responsibilities Talent Management Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including sourcing recruiting interviewing hiring onboarding and offboarding employees for diverse roles like mechanics sales advisors and administrative staff Employee Relations Address grievances and employee concerns handle disciplinary procedures and foster a positive productive workplace culture Compliance Ensure the dealership adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations Policy Procedure Development Create implement and manage HR strategies policies and procedures to align with business goals and promote a positive work environment Performance Development Implement and manage performance appraisal systems identify training needs and facilitate training programs for staff development Compensation Benefits Maintain and administer pay plans and benefits programs for employees HR Systems Reporting Utilize HR Information Systems HRIS for managing employee data and generating reports and metrics for management decision-making Dealership-Specific Tasks Coordinate with dealership management on staffing needs manage employee engagement programs and handle tasks like uniform and gift distribution External Communications Facilitate communication with host manufacturing companies to stay informed about recalls new models and other critical operational information Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Pathankot Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Experience Human resources management 2 years Required Work Location In person
