Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Staffing Assist in recruitment processes for academic and non-academic staff job postings screening interview scheduling Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees Maintain talent databases and ensure timely communication with candidates 2 Employee Records HR Systems Maintain accurate HR records including employment contracts leave records and personnel files Track probation contract renewals and confirmations 3 Employee Relations Support Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies payroll and benefits Assist in handling grievances disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution under guidance Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture 4 Compliance Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with university HR policies and relevant labor laws and regulations Assist in audits data reporting and preparation of documentation for regulatory bodies e g UGC NAAC AICTE Help implement health safety protocols and diversity initiatives 5 Training Development Coordinate internal training sessions workshops and staff development programs Maintain training records and feedback 6 Administrative Support Prepare HR letters offer appointment promotion experience etc Assist in preparing reports presentations and data for meetings Support annual performance appraisal processes Qualifications Experience Master s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of HR experience preferably in an academic or educational institution Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Discretion and confidentiality Problem-solving and time management abilities Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
