This role demands a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, technology adoption, and on-ground field operations.

- Drive direct and retail sales strategies tailored for the real estate sector.
- Ensure seamless execution of sales processes, from lead generation to closure.

- Build and sustain long-term customer relationships, ensuring service excellence.
- Implement robust training, performance management, and motivation frameworks to develop sales talent.
