Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Technical Sales Engineer (Packaging Machinery/Capital Equipment)

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, Bangalore.

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven sales engineer to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate must have experience in the printing industry, preferably in selling capital equipment or consumables. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales acumen, strong customer relationship management skills, and a keen ability to identify and seize business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Drive sales and meet/exceed targets in terms of both numbers and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Regularly meet clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and industry trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide timely reports and updates in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in customer interactions and negotiations.

Desired Skills

1. Sales & Technical Sales Experience: 3 to 5 years in the printing/packaging industry.
2. Capital Equipment Sales: Experience in selling high-value capital equipment.
3. Allied Equipment Sales: Experience in allied/captive equipment sales.
4. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office applications.
5. Well-acquainted with the geographical landscape of the entire West Region market.
6. Willingness to work towards both short-term and long-term career goals.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate/MBA/B.Tech. in printing and packaging/diploma in printing and packaging
