Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations cancellations and room assignments efficiently Provide information about hotel services facilities and local attractions Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries promptly Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs Process billing payments and maintain accurate guest records Resolve guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary Maintain the front desk area in a clean and professional manner Uphold hotel policies procedures and safety guidelines Job Type Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
