Job Title Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Business Development Department HR Business Development Location Panjim-Goa Reporting To Senior Operations Manager Director CTC 18k-20k About Globus Management Services Globus Management Services is a leading HR solutions provider with over two decades of excellence in compliance facility management and recruitment services across India We are expanding our Talent Acquisition vertical and are looking for dynamic recruiters who can also contribute to business growth through client acquisition and relationship management Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Source screen and shortlist candidates for various clients across industries Manufacturing Pharma IT Hospitality etc Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle JD understanding sourcing coordination follow-ups closures Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker Ensure quick turnaround time and quality closures Business Development Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure recurring business Prepare and present proposals to potential clients Negotiate terms of business and service-level agreements Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions Client Servicing Act as a point of contact between clients and candidates Ensure a smooth hiring process with consistent client updates Follow up with clients for feedback and post-placement support Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing industry Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet targets and build business relationships Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Experience in B2B sales or HR consultancy is a plus Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a fast-growing HR company Exposure to end-to-end recruitment and business operations Performance-based growth opportunities and incentives Collaborative and energetic work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
