- Extensive experience in US IT Recruitments.
- Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e., Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs and CB, etc.).
- Performing all activities of the recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, mapping
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, sourcing
- Proficient in recruiting techniques like Cold Calling, Social networking, and Internet Tools.
- Making job postings on the Job Portals.
- Should worked on W2, 1099, C2C requirements.
- Maintaining Databases on a daily basis.
- Achieving Daily Submission Targets and maintaining good submission to Interview/Placement ratio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Permanent Placements for all IT positions for multiple Client companies

**Should have experience as IT recruiter**

Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation Skills

Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.

**Fresher with very good communication skills can also apply.**
