Role: Quick Commerce Key Account Manager

ShelfRadar.ai is hiring a key account manager (5+ years experience) for a SaaS product that provides actionable intelligence to help brands scale revenues on quick commerce marketplaces. ShelfRadar is a product of Punt Partners, a martech startup backed by prominent angel investors including Anupam Mittal of Shaadi.com, Deep Kalra of MakeMyTrip, Ashish Hemrajani of BookmyShow and Ashish Gupta of Helion Ventures

About the role

We are hiring a performance-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) with 5+ years of experience to lead growth across Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, discount-led growth, organic visibility, stock availability, and relationship management with key category stakeholders and platforms.

- Manage and grow topline and bottom-line for Q-Com platforms through targeted strategies
- Build and own the JBP (Joint Business Plan) with category teams, including volume, visibility, and marketing levers.
- Drive discounting plans aligned with platform mechanics to boost conversions while protecting margins.
- Deep-dive into SKU-level performance and recommend assortment changes or pricing tweaks.
- Own dashboards for performance monitoring: SoV, organic vs inorganic share, ROI on campaigns, and availability scores.
- Ensure real-time stock availability across all relevant cities/dark stores on each platform.
- Forecast demand during peak periods/festivals and align inventory planning accordingly.
- Optimize listings for search performance, category ranking, and platform discoverability.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce / with recent Q-Commerce account management
- Prior experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart platforms is mandatory
- Strong understanding of discounting mechanics, visibility levers, and inventory health metrics
- Proven track record of delivering aggressive growth targets via organic + inorganic efforts
- Highly proficient in Excel / Sheets, dashboards, and sales analysis
