This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with potential learners and helping them achieve their career goals through Simplilearn's world-class training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Convert leads generated through various marketing channels into sales. - Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to meet assigned targets. - Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales process. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 6 months to 4 years of experience Inside Sales with outbound calling - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
