Job family Project Site Management Business area Hydropower Contract location Mandideep MP IN Working location Mandideep Location type Office Location Office-based Contract type Permanent Job description Every day ANDRITZ continues to deliver successful innovative solutions to our customers globally Why are we so successful Because we are passionate and love what we do We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in Job Profile EPS Supervisor site installation Working location PROJECT SITES INDIA OTHERS Hydro General Description Dedicated role to implement execute and maintain the Site EPS work with respect to Installation Commissioning site JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS Responsible for Installation Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Packages LV MV DG DC Transformer IPBD GIS Switchyard XLPE EOT and AT system Control Excitation and Protection Responsible for trouble shooting for Electrical Packages LV MV DG DC Transformer IPBD GIS Switchyard XLPE EOT and AT system Control Excitation and Protection Good knowledge of Single Line diagram Electro-mechanical Drawings Cable schedule Erection testing Pre-commissioning Commissioning activity Responsible for Preparation of BOP EPS testing activity specific health and safety as well as environment plan and implementation of LOTO Risk Assessment Experience in electrical testing of switchgear system hydro power plant system Inter panel logic switchyard 11KV 33KV 66KV 220 KV 400KV Indoor Outdoor types of layout design GT GIS AIS Experience in Operation and Maintenance of Switchgear equipment including Control Excitation and Protection system Report the criticalities well in advance to Construction Manager and Site Manager Compilation of material shortages w r t erection completeness of the job with SE and inform follow-up the shortages with PM SE Site Co-ordinator Prepare report the Daily Reports on agreed formats on regular basis Ensure that all the protocols related to milestones submitted to the Site Manager Keep track and strong follow-up of material delivery to site as per agreed erection schedule with Project Manager Oversee tool list for Site Assemblies and Contractor as per the site planning and two-month advance intimation to be given to the concerned Control of documentation for availability of all erection and technical documents WPS PQR Procedures and Protocols etc prior to start of erection QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education Graduate in Electrical or equivalent Experience 10 years above Languages English Product Know-How Experience of EPS packages Installation and Commissioning works Hydro Power Plant Readiness to travel Yes All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin or disability Requisition ID 18108
