**General Description**

Dedicated role in Planning and overall execution of Generator assembly, installation, testing and commissioning at Project site.

JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS
- Coordination and execution of overall installation matters of Generator (procedures, resources etc.)
- Planning & coordination of overall installation schedule, NCR management
- Definition and allocation of clear tasks for installation & Commissioning to contractor manpower
- Preparation & review of installation sequence/procedure for Generator
- Preparation of specification for installation work and finalization plan with cross function
- Preparation of installation check lists, joint inspection with client and issue of work completion certificates
- Testing and commissioning coordination with commisisoning team
- Coordination for Generator efficiency test and closure of punch points etc
- Task is to monitor and update of micro installation schedule activities w.r.t agreed Installation Schedule and update Installation Schedule on weekly basis.
- Report the criticalities well in advance to construction manager and site manager.
- Compilation of material shortages w.r.t erection (completeness of the job) and inform & follow-up the shortages with PM/ SE /Installation Engineers.
- Prepare & report the Daily progress reports on agreed formats and communicate to project team on regular basis.
- Monitor all internal and external milestones and will report to the Site Manager/System Engineer as soon the milestone is achieved.
- Ensure that all the protocols related to milestones submitted to the Site Manager.
- Ensure monthly site progress related to milestones and billing break-up is prepared, verified (from concerned supervisor) and submitted to the PM/CPM/SE for the purpose of raising monthly invoices.
- Keep track and strong follow-up of material delivery to site as per agreed erection schedule with System Engineers.
- Oversee tool list for Generator assemblies and contractor as per the site planning and two-month advance intimation to be given to the concerned.
- Control of documentation for availability of all erection and technical documents (WPS, PQR, Procedures and Protocols etc.) prior to start of erection.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Education: Graduate in Mech/Elect or equallent
- Experience: 10 years above
- Languages: English
- Product Know-How : Hydro Generator Installation and Commissioning works
- Readiness to travel : Yes
