Job Description Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Baroda, Gujrat Experience: 15+ years About the Role A results-driven Senior Recruiter Specialist with over 15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including 7+ years dedicated to the Mining & Metals industry. Adept at building strategic talent pipelines, managing complex hiring projects, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver high-impact recruitment solutions. Backed by an MBA and a proven ability to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent in highly technical and operational environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, technical, and operational functions within the Mining & Metals industry. - Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies. - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for specialized roles, including engineering, geology, operations, HSE, and executive positions. - Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an industry employer of choice. - Utilize data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting to enhance process efficiency and hiring quality. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards. - Mentor and guide junior recruiters to strengthen overall team capability. - Maintain strong networks within the mining, engineering, and industrial sectors to proactively identify talent. Key Skills & Qualifications - MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 15+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including 7+ years in Mining & Metals. - Proven expertise in high-volume, technical, and executive-level recruitment. - Deep understanding of mining operations, project environments, and industrial workforce requirements. - Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with ability to leverage metrics for continuous improvement. - Committed to integrity, confidentiality, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
