Job Description Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Chennai Anna nagar Experience: Minimum 1 year Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day operations including order processing, vendor coordination, and logistics. - Communicate with suppliers, printers, and packaging vendors to ensure timely dispatch. - Oversee quality checks before shipment. - Track inventory and maintain stock records. - Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with courier partners. - Support the BD team in fulfilling client requirements efficiently. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, procurement, or logistics coordination. - Fluency in Hindi is mandatory (for vendor coordination). - Proficiency in Tamil and English preferred. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong attention to detail and accountability. - Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and order tracking tools.
