Job Description

At Alle, we are building a personal AI stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas.

Were assembling the founding team and are looking for someone with 2+ yrs of experience in inside sales/business development/partnerships with D2C brands to build the supply side of Alle. If you&aposve worked with emerging D2C brands (preferably fashion) and love building relationships that drive growth, consider applying or send me a DM. In this role, you&aposll be working directly with the founders.

Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.

Location: Bangalore

Full-time Role

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Identify, qualify, negotiate and onboard high-potential D2C fashion brands for the platform.
2. Drive brand performance and growth by optimizing key metrics like discoverability, selection & pricing.
3. Own end-to-end brand relationships and coordinate across internal teams for brand success.
4. Analyze performance data and conduct market research to drive brand growth.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of business development, outbound sales or account management experience in fashion commerce.
- Strong understanding of the D2C fashion landscape and current market trends.
- Understanding & experience with key e-commerce growth levers like selection, pricing & discovery.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
