Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our placement consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across industries. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements for different job positions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate and client databases with accurate information. Follow up with candidates post-interview till final selection and joining. Build strong professional relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Good negotiation and convincing ability. Time management and multitasking skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Emailing). Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
