Job Description : IT Sales Specialist EbizON is seeking an IT Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Noida. In this role, youll strategically identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to generate new business opportunities and drive renewals with SMCCorporate customers. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in B2B inside sales or business development, experienced in consultative selling, and passionate about driving revenue growth through meaningful client partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Identify, connect, and build lasting relationships with potential clients across global markets. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they align with company objectives. - Nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-ups to move them through the sales funnel. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. - Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward targets. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and analyze competitor trends. - Leverage client insights to refine sales approaches and craft tailored solutions. - Document all sales activities, client interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system. Requirements - 35 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role. - Proven success in lead generation, qualification, and conversion within a B2B setting. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. - Analytical mindset with initiative and accountability to meet and exceed targets.
