This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation across business functions. You'll be part of a high-impact team that has delivered over 200 bots, saving thousands of hours annually and driving innovation across the organization. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on cutting-edge automation initiatives. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements. - Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle: requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in bot development and documentation. - Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. - Contribute to the evolution of the automation ecosystem, including integration with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and PowerApps. - Maintain documentation for all developed bots and ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards. To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 46 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. - Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism. - Strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with C#, .NET, or Python. - Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau). - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment. Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: - Experience with AI-enhanced automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) and Broader Microsoft ecosystem such as PowerApps, Dataverse etc. - Exposure to document processing, OCR, and chatbot integration.
