  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Lead end-to-end RPA project lifecycle: requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in bot development and documentation.
  • Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the automation ecosystem, including integration with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and PowerApps.
  • Maintain documentation for all developed bots and ensure compliance with internal governance and security standards.

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including experience with C#, .NET, or Python.
  • Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Tableau).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience with AI-enhanced automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) and Broader Microsoft ecosystem such as PowerApps, Dataverse etc.
