Sr. RPA Developer

Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Sr. RPA Developer that is ready to innovate and explore what's possible in the world of Robotics. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You'll also create technical documentation, participate in testing, fixing bugs, provide production support for our automation environment and change management.   

What You'll Do: 

• Work with Business Analyst and Solution Architect in designing, developing (UiPath bots and/or Power Automate bots) and testing automation workflows 
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions 
• Create Technical documentation for implemented RPA solutions 
• Work with Business Analyst to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. 
• Collaborate with development team and implementation partner members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions 
• Provide Level 2 support to automations deployed in Production / Troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members
• Coach Citizen RPA developers and guide Junior RPA developers in automation design and coding best practices  
• Work effectively in a geographically and culturally diverse team 
• Positively influence others, lead by example, train, develop and mentor RPA teams members; introduces RPA related standards and aligns best practices across functions where relevant. 
• Stay updated on the latest UiPath features, best practices, and industry trends to continually enhance automation capabilities

What We Seek: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in RPA development
• The ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives addressing overall business needs, with knowledge and understanding of the goals and inter-dependencies of functional departments and groups (in a manufacturing setting)  
• Proven experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath.  Strong knowledge of UiPath components, including Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot
• Knowledge of APIs and web services integration
• Robot (attended & unattended) installation, configuration, and administration expertise. 
• Experience with Agile development methodology 
• Communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Hands on experience on other RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate desktop, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere will be a plus.
• UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus 
• Willing to work a rotational schedule including Asia and US hours 
• Global orientation capable of working effectively across borders and cultures; travel required as necessary to support global enterprise 
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness; strategic minded; results oriented
• Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction 
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java is a plus.
