Roles and Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath (Overall 6+ years exp) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that streamline business processes. Experience in additional technologies like .NET, Azure, Git, SQL, and LINQ is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions to improve performance and reliability.

Develop reusable components, libraries, and frameworks for automation.

Implement best practices in RPA development, coding standards, and configuration management.

Work with UiPath Orchestrator for scheduling, monitoring, and managing bots.

Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with IT standards.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and deliver timely fixes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, QA) for end-to-end automation delivery.

Document automation solutions, workflows, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in UiPath RPA development (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).

Strong knowledge of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Activities, and Libraries.

Experience in Exception Handling, Logging, Queues, REFramework, and Config-driven automation.

Proficiency in VB.Net / C# for custom coding within UiPath workflows.

Hands-on experience with SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures).

Strong understanding of LINQ for data manipulation in UiPath workflows.

Experience working with Git or other version control systems.

Familiarity with Azure services (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based deployments).

Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs integration in UiPath.

Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Good-to-Have (Added Advantage):

Exposure to other RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).

Knowledge of Python or JavaScript scripting for advanced automation scenarios.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Adaptability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred).
