We're expanding our digital division and looking for a driven individual who can help usacquire projects through freelance platformslike Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others in domains such asgraphic design, video editing, and social media management. Role Overview We're looking for aFreelance Business Acquisition Executivewho can identify opportunities, bid for projects, and convert leads into clients on global freelancing platforms. The role involves strategizing proposals, maintaining client communication, and ensuring successful project closures. Key Responsibilities - Create, manage, and optimize company profiles onfreelancing platforms(Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.). - Identify and bid on relevant projects ingraphic design, video editing, social media management, and digital marketing. - Write compelling proposals and follow up with potential clients to secure projects. - Maintain consistent client communication for ongoing and new opportunities. - Work closely with internal design and media teams to deliver project requirements. - Meet monthly and quarterlyproject acquisition targets. - Track and report success metrics and new business conversions. - Build and maintain a positive company reputation on freelancing platforms through reviews and client satisfaction. Qualifications - Proven experience (1-2yrs) inbidding and client acquisitionon platforms likeUpwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must). - Understanding ofcreative services(graphic design, video editing, social media, branding). - Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Basic understanding of project management tools and timelines.
