Job Description About the Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Kamzo for B2B clients. Your job will be to identify opportunities, pitch our solutions, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery in coordination with our operations and telecalling teams. This role is best suited for a result-driven, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and loves the challenge of building business relationships from scratch. Key Responsibilities: - New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential B2B clients across industries (SMEs, startups, agencies, service providers, etc.) - Pitching & Closing: Present Kamzo's assistant/telecaller solutions in a compelling manner, handle objections, and close deals confidently. - Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaboration: Work closely with the telecalling and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. - Business Proposals: Create customized proposals, presentations, and packages based on client needs. - Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. - Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to suggest improvements and innovations. What We're Looking For: - Experience: 45 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition. - Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills with a target-driven approach. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to pitch ideas confidently. - Attitude: Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for achieving results. - Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-moving startup culture and take complete ownership of outcomes. - Added Advantage: Prior experience in SaaS, outsourcing, or services-based businesses.
