About Us Imagine Your Future with Us Since 1971 Paychex has been at the forefront of simplifying HR payroll and benefits for American businesses Our digital HR technology and advisory solutions cater to the changing needs of employers and their employees With our award-winning training and endless opportunities for growth and development you can build a lifelong career with us We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and innovative culture Our leaders are here to support your career journey they and our dedicated employees embody the values that drive us to support each other our clients and our communities Join us to pursue your passion and unleash your potential Overview Accountable for managing high potential leadership activities and programs Manages a team that creates delivers performance and leadership support tools and activities to increase and strengthen the leadership pipeline Responsibilities Manages develops and directs staff involved in the execution of high potential development activities to increase leadership pipeline effectiveness Manages the Executive and Senior Management developmental programs to ensure acceleration of employees that have been identified with Executive potential to prepare them for advancement Accountable for the creation execution and measurement of Individual Development Plans for identified high potential management employees across all business units Manages talent calibration activities bench planning talent review format and communication plan for senior managers across business units in preparation for enterprise-wide talent reviews Conducts needs assessments and provides analysis on leadership needs across all business units to identify enterprise-wide competency gaps and execute activities to close those gaps Provides input on the talent management system to ensure successful integration with other HR OD systems and recommends upgrades based on organizational requirements Partners with Human Resources Business Partners HRBP to identify and create leadership career ladders for all business units to facilitate functional or cross-functional people moves Facilitates organizational effectiveness activities based on diagnosis criterion that improve business performance and processes organizational systems and leadership across business units Accountable to deliver metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development activities Develops short and long-term action plans to meet the business leadership requirements Development and monitoring of department expense budgets Qualifications Bachelor s Degree - Required 10 years of experience in Leadership or organizational development or management training 7 years of experience in Management Live the Paychex Values Act with uncompromising integrity Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes Work in partnership and support each other Be personally accountable and deliver on commitments Treat each other with respect and dignity Equal Opportunity Employer At Paychex we know that great talent comes in many forms If you re passionate about the role but don t check every box we still encourage you to apply You might be the right fit - either for this position or another opportunity with us Paychex is an equal opportunity employer that fosters a workplace culture of Diversity Equity Inclusion Our valued employees and commitment to DEI are the essence of our internal and external success
