Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the sales team meets its targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting market analysis, and coordinating with other departments to optimize sales processes. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Market Analysis and strategic planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Thane
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
