Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the jewellery industry. The Sales Manager will be based in Thane and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, managing sales teams, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and utilize insights for sales growth
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams
- Proficiency in reporting and analyzing sales performance data
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
