Job Title - ServiceNow Business Analyst Location - Remote India Role Type - Contract (1-year) Must Have Skills: - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Supply Chain IT and ServiceNow CSM - Proven background supporting ServiceNow implementations, especially within the CSM module - Strong English communication skills both verbal and written for seamless collaboration with global teams - Willingness and ability to work across various time zones (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, US) - Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for DevOps teams - ServiceNow certification preferred Responsibilities and Job Details: - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ServiceNow projects - Facilitate and document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks - Focus on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module to enhance supply chain and customer service workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones to ensure alignment and timely delivery - Support system design and configuration based on business input and technical feasibility - Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions using ServiceNow capabilities - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure business needs are met throughout development - Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and system specifications - Leverage ServiceNow learning credits to stay updated on platform enhancements - Help ensure successful transition and knowledge handover from current BA as contract ends - Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders - Operate within a flexible schedule that respects regional holidays and working hours
