Job Description Duration- 6 months renewable as we multi year engagements Shift timings- 11:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST (Saudi Shift) Location- WFO (Chennai, Bangalore or Hyderabad) Job Description - Requirement Gathering & Analysis:Work closely withSaudi-based stakeholdersto understand business needs, document functional & technical requirements, and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. - Process Optimization:Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose ServiceNow-driven improvements for IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or HR Service Delivery (HRSD). - Solution Design:Collaborate with developers to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. - Stakeholder Management:Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and leadership inSaudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Testing & Validation:Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate solutions against business requirements, and ensure seamless deployments. - Training & Documentation:Prepare user guides, training materials, and process documentation for ServiceNow modules. - Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure adherence toSaudi Arabian regulatory standards(if applicable) and ServiceNow best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experienceas aBusiness Analyst, with at least5+ years in ServiceNow implementations. - Strong expertise inServiceNow modules(ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or ITBM). - Experience working withMiddle Eastern clients (preferably Saudi Arabia)and understanding regional business practices could be a plus. - Proficiency inAgile/Scrum methodologiesand tools like JIRA. - Excellent communication skills to interact withArabic-speaking stakeholders(English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
