Job Description

- MIS & Reporting Prepare Daily Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports and Dashboards covering KPIs - Like stock level , dispatch schedules, SLA adherence, quality metrics, and transport data ( rail/road shipments).

- Data Complication & Integrity Collect , validate, and consolidate data from procurement, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams; perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy .

- Automation And Optimization Use Excel (Pivot Table Macros, VLOOKUP/SMULF), Power BI or similar tools to automate reporting and reduce manual effort.

- System support and Maintenance Maintain Database integrity, troubleshoot MIS - related issues, and support onboarding/ training for MIS tools and processes.

- Documentation and Proces Maintain documentation of MIS Processes, data sources, and Workflows: participate in system design reviews and internal audit support as required .
