Job Description Responsibilities - Monthly Headcount Reporting: Collect data to understand the total number of employees. - Monthly People Dashboard: Track and analyze key performance indicators. - Monthly HR Analytics Report: Provide insights on recruitment metrics, employee performance, and turnover rates. - Leave Reconciliations: Ensure accurate compensation for unused leaves and exiting employees. - Employment Equity Reporting: Assist in eliminating workplace discrimination and achieving equitable representation. - Global Reporting: Consolidate various HR data into single reports (e.g., headcount, starters, leavers). - System & Administration Management: Manage HRIS and coordinate related activities. - Managing HRRS Team: Oversee the complete employee cycle, including onboarding, payroll, and reimbursements.
