Title: Python JavaScript Full Stack Developer (ODOO & Owl Framework) Location: Remote (Hyderabad) Duration : 2+years Experience Level: Mid-Level (4+ years) Summary: We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with solid Python and JavaScript expertise to join our distributed development team. You’ll collaborate with both U.S.-based and offshore developers to enhance an existing open-source product using Odoo, Owl Framework, and PostgreSQL. If you enjoy building clean, responsive UIs and thrive in collaborative global teams—this role is for you. What You’ll Do: - Develop and enhance open-source ERP modules using Odoo and Owl Framework - Code front-end interfaces in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with an eye for design - Build and maintain backend logic in Python with PostgreSQL - Collaborate with product owners and QA engineers to define clear requirements - Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization - Work independently while aligning with U.S.-based and offshore teams Must-Have Skills: ✅ Python (4+ years) ✅ JavaScript (4+ years) ✅ Odoo & Owl Framework ✅ PostgreSQL ✅ CSS / UI Design ✅ HTML, Git ✅ Excellent communication and teamwork Preferred Skills: - REST API integration - Docker or containerization - Agile development environment - Odoo ERP module customization - Unit testing frameworks Don’t Apply If: 🚫 You lack hands-on Odoo or Owl development experience. 🚫 You’re not comfortable working with CSS and UI styling. 🚫 You have less than 3 years of Python or JavaScript experience.
