If you enjoy building clean, responsive UIs and thrive in collaborative global teams—this role is for you.What You’ll Do:Develop and enhance open-source ERP modules using Odoo and Owl FrameworkCode front-end interfaces in JavaScript , HTML , and CSS with an eye for designBuild and maintain backend logic in Python with PostgreSQLCollaborate with product owners and QA engineers to define clear requirementsParticipate in code reviews , testing, and performance optimizationWork independently while aligning with U.S.-based and offshore teamsMust-Have Skills:✅ Python (4+ years)✅ JavaScript (4+ years)✅ Odoo & Owl Framework✅ PostgreSQL✅ CSS / UI Design✅ HTML, Git✅ Excellent communication and teamworkPreferred Skills:REST API integrationDocker or containerizationAgile development environmentOdoo ERP module customizationUnit testing frameworksDon’t Apply If:You lack hands-on Odoo or Owl development experience.You’re not comfortable working with CSS and UI styling.You have less than 3 years of Python or JavaScript experience.
