Job Description Role : Full Stack Developer SME Employment Type : Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer - SME (Subject Matter Expert) to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise across Python, Java, and JavaScript, coupled with a strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. You will be instrumental in leveraging your technical knowledge to provide guidance, lead key development initiatives, and contribute to the overall technical excellence and team management within our domain, aligning with NxtWaves vision and culture. Key Responsibilities - Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust full-stack software solutions using Python, Java, and JavaScript. - Apply extensive knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to architect and solve complex engineering problems. - Lead by example in applying object-oriented programming principles and best practices in all development efforts. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality code. - Contribute to strategic technical decisions and architectural discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. - Oversee and contribute to content development efforts, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with product goals, using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. - Champion the adoption of industry standards and best practices in software development across the team. - Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution. - Identify and implement solutions for complex technical challenges, demonstrating a strong problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset. Requirements - Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in full-stack development. - Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript programming languages. - Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP). - Proficiency in content development using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. - Ability to quickly learn and leverage technology platforms for efficient team collaboration and project execution. - Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively across diverse teams and backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of additional programming languages. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack. - Familiarity with Git and version control systems. - Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software development. - Strong problem-solving and solution-seeking mindset. - Openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement. - A sense of ownership, initiative, and drive for delivering high-quality outcomes (ref:hirist.tech)
