They work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality software products.Key Responsibilities:Software Development: Write, test, and maintain code to build software applications and systems using modern technologies. Projects typically involve React (for web and mobile), Laravel (for backend development), and MySQL/PostgreSQL (for databases).Design: Collaborate with product managers and designers to create software designs and architectures that meet project goals, user requirements, and scalability needs.Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices. Debug and resolve software defects and issues.Testing: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks if required.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and code comments to facilitate collaboration and future maintenance.Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track code changes and collaborate effectively with team members.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in software applications, ensuring they run efficiently.Security: Implement security best practices to protect software applications from vulnerabilities and threats.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver high-quality software products.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in software engineering. Apply this knowledge to improve software development processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.- Proficiency in programming languages/Libraries such as: PHP, NodeJS, ReactJS, ReactNative, JavaScript, etc.- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Experience with software development tools, frameworks, and libraries.- Familiarity with software development best practices, such as code reviews and testing.Optional Qualifications:- Experience with specific technologies or domains (e.g., web development, mobile app development, data engineering, etc.).- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies.- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
