Recommended standardized title (for job platforms): Business Development Associate (EdTech) Location: India On-site role Role & Responsibilities - Prospect and qualify new B2B leads across assigned verticals (corporate L&D, colleges, training partners) to build a healthy sales pipeline. - Conduct outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns; convert inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects to demo stage. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, solution demos with product teams, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. - Coordinate with Delivery and Customer Success to design customised proposals and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts. - Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform pricing, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies.
