Administrative Officer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Administrative Officer to oversee hospital operations ensure quality compliance and support business development initiatives The role involves managing the day-to-day functioning of departments optimizing processes and contributing to the hospital s growth and service excellence Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate operational activities across OPD IPD Emergency Diagnostics Housekeeping Security and Facility Management Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of patient service delivery Implement and monitor hospital policies SOPs and quality standards NABH JCI Conduct regular operational audits and take corrective actions for service improvement Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues Support business development initiatives including patient satisfaction programs referral management and liaison with corporate and insurance clients Monitor departmental performance resource utilization and service quality indicators Oversee vendor management procurement coordination and infrastructure maintenance Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s Master s degree in Hospital Administration Healthcare Management or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital operations and administration preferably in a multispecialty hospital Good understanding of healthcare operations patient services and quality accreditation processes Strong leadership communication and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software Salary Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume and cover letter to hr sankalphospitalamb gmail com with the subject line Application for Administrative Officer or may share the profile on Whatsapp 91 78696 51230 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location In person
