Job Title Office Manager Company Vyakar Technologies Pvt Ltd Experience Required 2 Years Location Bhilai Employment Type Full-Time About Vyakar Technologies Pvt Ltd Vyakar Technologies is a growing technology company specializing in advanced lead management and marketing automation solutions We believe in innovation collaboration and maintaining a people-first culture that empowers employees to perform at their best Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager with 2 years of experience to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our office The role involves managing payroll finance coordination employee grievance handling and ensuring smooth office operations Key Responsibilities Payroll Finance Management Process monthly payroll accurately and on time Maintain employee attendance leave and salary records Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for reimbursements vendor payments and budgeting Handle petty cash management and maintain expense records Support in preparation of financial reports and audits Employee Relations Grievance Handling Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances Ensure timely resolution of HR and administrative concerns Maintain confidentiality and fairness in handling employee issues Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives Office Administration Oversee daily office operations including supplies maintenance and vendor management Manage company assets documentation and compliance records Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR and administrative policies Assist management in planning and implementing company-wide initiatives Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration HR Finance or related field 2 years of experience in office management HR operations or finance coordination Strong knowledge of payroll processing and basic accounting principles Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and HR payroll software e g Keka Zoho or similar Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally What We Offer Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Opportunities for professional learning and development Competitive compensation and benefits A supportive environment that values work-life balance Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Bhilai Chhattisgarh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience Office management 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Location Bhilai Chhattisgarh Preferred Work Location In person
