Job Title Admission Officer Department Administration Admissions The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing the entire admission process of the school ensuring smooth enrollment procedures and maintaining a positive experience for prospective parents and students The role requires excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills to uphold the school s vision and values while meeting admission targets Key Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for all admission-related inquiries phone email walk-ins online Provide counseling and guidance to parents and students about school programs curriculum and admission policies Conduct school tours admission presentations and orientation programs for prospective families Manage the application process - registration documentation and verification Coordinate with academic and administrative staff for admission tests interviews and assessments Maintain updated admission records and student databases in both digital and physical formats Prepare admission-related reports for the Principal Management Organize and participate in admission campaigns open houses and school promotional events Ensure timely follow-up with parents to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions Adhere strictly to school policies guidelines and confidentiality standards in all admission matters Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline Education Marketing Administration preferred 1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling or customer service preferably in an educational institution Strong communication skills in English Hindi and local language Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and CRM admission management systems Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work under deadlines and meet admission targets Personal Attributes Friendly approachable and professional attitude Strong sense of responsibility confidentiality and integrity Positive result-oriented mindset Ability to work independently as well as within a team Work Schedule Full-time during school working hours Flexible availability during admission peak season weekends holidays if required Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 82 per month Work Location In person
