Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chinthamani, Madurai, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating strategic business plans, negotiating contracts, leading market research, building partnerships, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent Optimum Health at industry events, and ensure client satisfaction while identifying areas for business expansion. Qualifications - Strong business development skills, including market research, lead generation, and strategic planning - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities - Sales and marketing experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement solutions - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively and motivate teams - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software - Experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a valuable advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
