helping us conserve precious resources serve our patients create value for stakeholders give back to society fulfil our potential and maintain our integrity and transparencyDr Reddy s maintains a work environment free from discrimination and is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to employ nurture all qualified diverse workforce without regard to race colour religion nationality sex age disability status genetics sexual orientation gender expression citizenship or any other characteristic or classification protected by applicable law s of the country we operate in We treasure every talent and recognize merit and diversity in our organization Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the identification and launch of new products within the designated region Additionally this role involves formulating effective strategies for target segments and monitoring primary and secondary sales The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the bottom-up forecasting for existing products in the region and guide the development of promotion plans that are aligned with market realities Roles Responsibilities You will be responsible to engage in pre-launch planning activities including target customer base determination and launch format decisions You will be responsible to collaborate with the Product Management Team PMT to derive launch forecasts and conduct post-launch audits You will be responsible to lead the sales management of existing products by setting targets conducting regular sales reviews and resolving issues to improve market share You will be responsible to develop and execute promotion strategies for new and existing products to increase the visibility of the brand You will be responsible to manage key accounts by meeting with Key Opinion Leaders KOLs and soliciting feedback to enhance sales and meet customer needs You will be responsible to provide inputs for the conceptualization of new products based on market insights and customer feedback You will be responsible to monitor sales data and sales force performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets and provide incentives accordingly You will be responsible to oversee people management tasks including goal setting performance appraisals coaching recruitment and training to maximize team performance and retention QualificationsEducational qualification -
