The Successful Applicant - 10- 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring in India. - Proven track record of leading TA functions in fast- paced environments, preferably within the startup ecosystem or high- growth tech companies. - Hands- on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels. -Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, analytics, and employer branding strategies.
