Job Description - Own and drive the end- to- end technology hiring strategy for the India tech center.- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver on hiring goals.- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational objectives.- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche technology roles through innovative sourcing strategies.- Implement best practices in recruitment operations, employer branding, and candidate experience.- Collaborate with global TA teams to align India hiring with overall organizational talent strategy.- Leverage data- driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve time- to- fill metrics. The Successful Applicant - 10- 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring in India.- Proven track record of leading TA functions in fast- paced environments, preferably within the startup ecosystem or high- growth tech companies.- Hands- on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.-Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, analytics, and employer branding strategies.
