The Successful Applicant - 10- 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring in India.- Proven track record of leading TA functions in fast- paced environments, preferably within the startup ecosystem or high- growth tech companies.- Hands- on leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution.- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership levels.-Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, analytics, and employer branding strategies.
