Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member located in Chennai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable plant and setup solutions. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of indoor plants and gardening
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic understanding of English
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor&aposs degree is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
