Job Description

Hello All,

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (5+ years) with strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable applications, with deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern cloud-native practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with well-structured frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Build and optimize scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) and implement event-driven architectures.
- Architect and maintain monolithic applications ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Implement caching strategies (Redis, etc.) and ensure efficient database operations (SQL).
- Develop and maintain applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation best practices.
- Integrate observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to monitor and optimize application performance.
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers in an Agile development environment.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and related frameworks.
- Expertise in SQL databases and caching solutions (Redis, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with monolithic application architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven systems.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
