Job Title: Lead GenAI Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled GenAI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Design the architecture and ensure it is cost-efficient and aligned to the overall architectural vision. Implement major/complex parts of the product.
  • Ownership and Release: Take ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinate the complete development of products. Pre-plan and scale the infrastructure accordingly for releases.
  • Leadership and Quality: Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support the engineering team. Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Affordable Expertise: Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • RAG Pipelines: Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Conversational AI: Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Scaling Services: Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale).
  • Technical Leadership: 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Languages: Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
