Core responsibilities Office organization and supplies Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment placing orders as needed Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate maintenance or repairs Maintain a clean and organized office environment Scheduling and coordination Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and events for staff and management Communication and correspondence Serve as a point of contact for staff clients and visitors Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls emails and mail Financial and record-keeping Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing tracking expenses and managing petty cash Coordinate with the accounting or finance department Maintain accurate and organized files and records in both physical and digital formats Administrative support Provide general administrative support to various departments Assist with tasks like data entry and document preparation Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience total work 3 years Preferred Language English Hindi Kannada and Marathi Preferred Work Location In person
