The role supports administrative tasks, ensures smooth communication across departments, and upholds the company’s professional image.Key Responsibilities:·      Greet and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.·      Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate department or individual.·      Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols.·      Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure required arrangements are in place.·      Manage incoming/outgoing courier services and daily mail distribution.·      Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner.·      Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, typing, and document handling.·      Support HR/Admin teams with coordination activities as required.·      Provide general office assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications:·      Graduate preferred.·      Professional certification in office management or administration (optional but an advantage)Experience:·      3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.·      Experience in corporate offices, hospitality, or service environments preferred.Technical Skills:·      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).·      Basic knowledge of office equipment (telephone systems, printers, scanners).·      Familiarity with email handling and basic data entry.·      Experience with visitor management systems (preferred)Soft Skills:·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·      Pleasant personality and strong customer service orientation.·      Professional attitude, grooming, and etiquette.·      Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.·      Ability to remain calm, polite, and effective under pressure.·      Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.·      Time management and attention to detail
